What I Do as a Coach

GetAttachment (1)What Do I Do As a Team Beachbody Coach?

I often get asked what exactly it is that I do as a Beachbody Coach.  I try to keep the answer simple as it is something I just fit into my lifestyle. I have a passion for paying it forward and sharing health/fitness with others.

Here are some things that I do daily….

*Get My Workout in Everyday:  Finding a Beachbody program that really gets me motivated to  reach my fitness goals.  For example: Turbo Fire, ChaLEAN Extreme, Body Beast, P90X and Insanity; If I am going to be telling people about what they need to be doing, I need to be doing it as well! 

*Drink Shakeology Daily: I love trying new recipes to find my favorites!! Right now my absolute FAV is Tropical Strawberry with berries and I am also a chocolate nut! So nice to be able to “splurge” on something like this when it is sooo healthy for you!

*Connect with People: I Encourage others to push play, answer questions they may have, discuss goals, and help them overcome obstacles (we’ve all been there, right?). I do this through challenge groups online, personal messaging or one on one meetings. 

*Help Customers:  Reach out to customers assigned to me through Beachbody via email or phone. I am here for them for support, motivation and accountability.

*Inspire:  Sharing  my own personal fitness journey with others. I love  to relate to others and let them know we are each on our own unique journey. Posting inspirational photos on facebook/Instagram to encourage their own healthy lifestyle, and sharing success stories of others are wonderful motivators!

*Share Shakeology: I send out Shakeology samples to those who are seriously interested in trying it. I  always have packets with me ready to hand out! I need to BE READY to help others get healthy!! 

Such a FUN “job” I have…if you can even call it a job. It is just fun watching others get passionate and transform themselves!
